First-pair guarantee. Wear your first pair for up to 30 days from delivery. If it isn't for you, email hello@tarrockwear.com with your order number and we'll refund the price of one pair to your original payment method. You don't need to send it back. One claim per customer, on your first order.
Wrong, faulty or missing items. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email us within 30 days with your order number (and a photo for damaged or wrong items). We'll send a replacement or refund it, whichever you prefer.
Other returns. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of worn underwear outside the first-pair guarantee. If you change your mind before your order ships, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
